Maritime procurement · sealed bids · verified suppliers
Ship supply & port services by sealed bid —Priced on the requirement,
not the relationship.
Your vessel’s port call, posted once as a structured requisition. Verified suppliers at that port answer with sealed bids — they never see whose ship is asking, so the price can’t be padded to the name on the letterhead.
Buyers never pay — the platform earns from the party that wins the business.

Plate I — procedure
01
Post without a name
Vessel type, port, ETA, payment terms and the lines — that is all a supplier sees. Your company and vessel name stay sealed until you award.
02
Sealed bids arrive
Only verified suppliers activated at your port, in your categories, are notified — you see how many before you submit. Port-call bidding closes at your vessel’s ETA; freight stays open until you award.
03
Award and track to the berth
Identities are revealed on award, a private chat opens, and the order runs a server-enforced lifecycle to documented delivery — because the vessel sails either way.
Plate II — the spread
One requisition.
Three sealed bids.
The same list, the same port, the same payment terms — and a 22% difference between the highest and lowest sealed offer. That gap is what name-based pricing hides, and what sealed bidding puts back on the table.
Every line is an IMPA-coded item with an explicit unit, so a per-kilo quote and a per-carton habit land on the same row. Bids stay anonymous and comparable until you award one.
Worked example — demonstration data, not a real transaction
| IMPA | Line | Qty | Bid A /unit | Bid B /unit | Bid C /unit |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 000023 | POTATOES, FRESH | 120 KG | 0.95 | 1.15 | 1.32 |
| 000024 | ONIONS, FRESH | 80 KG | 1.10 | 0.98 | 1.25 |
| 004802 | RICE BASMATI | 200 KG | 1.35 | 1.52 | 1.60 |
| 190101 | GLOVES WORKING COTTON | 5 DOZ | 9.40 | 8.90 | 11.20 |
| TOTAL · USD | 519.00 | 564.90 | 634.40 |
Spread, lowest to highest sealed offer: 22.2%

Plate III — the instrument
This is the working platform, not a mock-up
Both screens below are captured from the live product — the same one you get on registration day.

For chandlers, bunker suppliers, waste operators & agents
The incumbent can’t lean on the relationship here
Requests from vessels calling at your activated ports come to you — filtered to the categories you stock, with the buyer’s payment terms on the table before you price a single line. Your number competes on its number.
Start free and quote real requests. Commission is charged only on business you win; paid tiers add ports and cut the rate when the volume justifies it.
Plate IV — verification
Who sees what, and when
A marketplace is only as good as its gatekeeping. Ours is explicit, and it is enforced by the server — not by policy documents.
- 01
Suppliers are verified before their first bid
Trade licence, ownership and bank details are reviewed before any bid reaches a buyer.
- 02
Requests are anonymous until award
Suppliers price against vessel type, port, ETA, terms and lines. Names are revealed to both sides only after you accept a bid.
- 03
History is immutable
Every status change is actor-stamped and kept. Delivery requires documentary proof. Neither side can rewrite what happened.
Requests by e-mail · no account needed
Or just e-mail us the requisition
No account, no password, no form. Forward the requisition exactly as it left your desk and verified suppliers at the port of call price it — the comparison comes back to the same thread.

IMPA catalogue — marine stores by section
The code your requisition
already carries.
Every item in the catalogue carries its six-digit IMPA code and the unit it is priced per. Find the codes, post the requirement, and verified suppliers at your port bid on it sealed.
