Wholesale supply & factories
Ship suppliers buy stock straight from factories. GeoMarineHub lists the goods, adds its commission and keeps both sides verified — it never buys or sells.
The seven lines above are a vessel spending money. This one is the supply side buying stock. Chandlers and marine suppliers browse a catalog of factory goods, ask the factory for a landed price to their port or warehouse, and buy from the factory directly. A factory or brand lists at its own price; GeoMarineHub reviews the listing and adds its commission on top. The platform is the marketplace — it never takes title to the goods or holds the payment.
For ship suppliers buying stock
Browse the wholesale catalog — IMPA-coded where the item is in the catalog, free text where it is not. The listed price already includes the platform commission: one price per item, no haggling.
Ask for a quote on quantity and destination; the factory prices the shipping and states the Incoterm and who bears duties. Nothing is owed until you accept.
Accept, and the purchase order is placed with the factory at once, with its contact details. You pay the factory directly and track the shipment PLACED → CONFIRMED → SHIPPED → DELIVERED.

For factories and brands
List at your price — from the IMPA catalog or free text — with MOQ, lead time, packaging and spec. Photos and datasheets are reviewed before a buyer sees them, and moderation strips anything that names you.
Verified ship suppliers buy from you directly: accepting your quote places the purchase order, and they pay you. You confirm, ship, and mark delivered.
No subscription and no listing fee. The platform commission (20 % today) is added on top of your price, on the goods only, and invoiced to you once per accepted quote. Re-pricing never changes what an existing order is worth.
How it runs on the platform

Identities open only when a quote is accepted: until then the buyer sees the brand and the price, and the factory sees the request — never each other.

GeoMarineHub never holds the goods money: the buyer pays the factory directly, against the purchase order between them.

Every wholesale order carries its purchase order as a PDF; the factory’s commission invoice sits on its Billing tab.
