The demand side — owners, managers, operators, charterers — uses GeoMarineHub free: registration, unlimited requests, every comparison. The platform earns from the party that wins the business: suppliers choose a prepaid plan per service for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, and each tier states what it includes — ports, commission, and the working tools built for that trade.
The Free tier applies to your primary service only — the service you registered with gets one free activated port. Each additional service starts matching when it has its own plan. Paid tiers below are per service.

The Free tier, plainly
- ·Applies to your primary service only — the one you registered with. Every other service starts matching when it has its own plan.
- ·3 quotes for the life of the account — not per month, and they do not renew. After that, sending a bid needs a paid plan.
- ·1 activated port and 2 team seats.
- ·Standard support queue, no performance reports, and none of the per-service features above.
- ·Chartering (1.25% from each side on a concluded fixture) needs no plan at any tier.
The rules behind the numbers
Prepaid terms, no lock-in mechanics
Plans are bought for a fixed term. Upgrades are prorated against what you already paid; if a plan lapses you keep your data and matching simply pauses until your ports fit your plan.
Commission only on won business
No charge for bidding, losing, or browsing. Commission applies to completed orders at your tier’s rate — the invoice and your monthly statement are in your wallet.
Chartering & consultancy price differently
Chartering — live now — charges 1.25% from each party, only on a concluded fixture; nothing is owed on a negotiation that dies. Consultancy will be platform-priced per engagement and is not open yet. Neither needs a subscription.
