What the app actually does
Both sides of the market work from the same app; it shows you the side your company is registered on, and your role inside it.
If you buy
- Post a port-call requirement — vessel, port, ETA, terms and lines — and keep the draft on the phone until you are ready to send it.
- Watch sealed bids arrive, compare them per canonical unit, and award without a spreadsheet.
- Track the order to delivery: the actor-stamped timeline, the documentary proof, and the private chat opened on award.
- Search the IMPA catalogue, add a line it does not carry, and order in the unit you actually buy in.
- Carry the wallet: invoices, statements and the balance, with bank transfer as a way to pay.
- Confirm a request our desk prepared from a requisition you e-mailed in.
If you supply
- Price requests from your activated ports — the specs, the terms and the quantities are on the bid screen, not in an attachment.
- Quote freight and service work with the route, incoterms, cargo and delivery mode in front of you.
- Keep the bunker price-validity window, and see the warning before an agency plan reaches its port-call limit.
- Upload a price list in bulk, manage the company file including payout details, and export performance figures.
- Take consultancy engagements from brief to deliverable.
- Photograph the delivery note at the quay and close the order with it.

Four things the browser cannot do
Everything else on the platform is on the website too — these four are the reason the app exists at all.

It tells you when something moves
Push alerts for a new bid, an award, an order status and a message — and a tap opens the exact screen it is about, not a home page.

Face ID or a fingerprint instead of a code
Sign in once with the e-mail code; afterwards the phone unlocks the session with biometrics, and it still opens what it already holds when the signal drops.

The camera is the filing cabinet
Delivery proof, KYC papers and order documents are photographed where they happen — at the quay, on the gangway — instead of being scanned back at the office.

Drafts survive the port
A half-written requirement is kept on the device, so a dropped connection in a terminal costs nothing.

One account, either door
Sign in with the same e-mail code you use on the site. Your company, team role and permissions come with you — a viewer still cannot price, a buyer still cannot manage the team.
