Requests by e-mail · no account needed
Mail us the requisition.
Exactly as it left your desk.
A purchasing officer does not want another portal. The requisition already exists — as a spreadsheet from the fleet system, or a list in a mail from the master. Send us that, and verified suppliers at the port of call price it. Registering is something you can do later, or never.

Plate I — what happens
From your outbox to priced offers
Four steps, and you only perform the first one.
- 01
You send it as it is
Forward the requisition to supply@geomarinehub.com. An Excel sheet, a PDF, a scanned list, or simply typed into the body of the mail — whatever your system produced. Nothing to re-key, no template to fill in.
- 02
Minutes later you get a receipt
Not an auto-reply saying "thank you for your message". It names what we read out of your file — the lines, the vessel, the port, the ETA — and anything we could not work out, so you know at once that the mail arrived whole.
- 03
Verified suppliers at that port price it
Against your own line descriptions and your own units. Only suppliers who have activated that port and passed verification see it; they bid sealed, so nobody prices against anybody else’s number.
- 04
The comparison comes back to the same thread
Offers side by side, per unit, with the terms. You reply to award. If you would rather watch it on a screen, an account is waiting for you by then — but you never needed one to get here.
Plate II — what we can read
Send the file you have
One requisition of 143 lines arrived as a password-protected spreadsheet from a fleet system and was read straight through. If a file does defeat us, the receipt says so by name rather than leaving you guessing.
- Excel.xlsx, .xlsm and the old .xls — including the read-only, password-protected sheets that fleet systems export
- PDFa requisition printed to PDF, and scanned pages where the text layer survived
- CSV and textexports from any purchasing system, tab- or comma-separated
- The mail itselfa list typed or pasted into the body, in the shape you typed it
Plate III — what to include
So nothing comes back as a question
- The vessel name — or "TBN" if she is not fixed yet.
- The port of delivery and the ETA.
- The item list: attached, or in the body. IMPA codes help but are not required.
- Anything that changes the price — delivery alongside or at anchorage, packing, a deadline.
Missing something? Send it anyway. We will ask for exactly the piece we need, and nothing else.
Plate IV — what we do not ask for
No sign-up stands between you and a price
- No account, no password, no form. You can send from the mailbox you already use.
- No exclusivity and no commitment: an enquiry is an enquiry, and you are free to buy elsewhere.
- We never ask for payment details by e-mail, and we never quote your list to anyone but the suppliers who bid on it.
