Hose & Couplings

Hose and couplings covers the flexible piping of the ship: rubber and PVC hoses for water, air, fuel and cargo, composite and steam hoses, and the couplings that join them — Storz, Nakajima, camlock, John Morris — with nozzles, hose clamps and bands. It is raised by the chief engineer or chief officer, depending on whether the hose lives in the engine room or on deck.

A hose is quoted per metre or per length, a coupling per piece. Put bore, working pressure, end fittings and length on the requirement.
