Register and verify your company
Chandlers, bunker and water suppliers, waste operators, agents and forwarders register free. Company verification — trade licence, ownership, bank details — comes before your first bid reaches any buyer: every supplier a buyer meets here is a real, vetted business.

Activate your ports, declare your categories
You are matched by two facts: the ports you serve and the categories you cover. Both are yours to set. Matching needs both — the platform warns you loudly if either is missing, because an unmatched supplier waits for requests that can never arrive.

Requests come to you
When a vessel posts a requirement at your port in your categories, it appears in your queue and you are notified — with vessel type, ETA, payment terms and the full line list. What you never see before winning: who the buyer is. What they never see: who else is bidding.

Price it blind, on stated terms
The buyer’s payment terms are visible before you price a single line. Quote per unit against IMPA-standard lines; totals compute server-side. Port-call bidding closes at the vessel’s ETA — the deadline is on the request. Freight is the exception: no ETA cutoff, open until the shipper awards.

Win, deliver, prove it
On award, identities open and a private chat starts. You advance the order — preparing, in transit, delivered — and delivery requires your documentary proof: a photo, delivery note or signed receipt. Late risk against the ETA is flagged to both sides equally.

Get rated, get paid, see the ledger
Completed orders build your public rating. Commission is charged only on completed business at your plan’s rate; your wallet shows every entry, and monthly statements show settlements in, commissions out, closing balance.

Scale when it works
Start free with one port. Paid tiers add ports and cut your commission rate — prepaid terms, no monthly lock-in mechanics, upgrade prorated for what you already paid. If a plan lapses, you keep your data; matching pauses until your ports fit your plan again.

Buy your stock from the platform
The same login buys wholesale: browse factory goods at one platform price, ask for a landed quote to your port or warehouse, pay on acceptance and get the purchase order and paid invoice in the same moment. Factories never see you and you never see them — the platform is the counterparty. If what you need is not listed, post a sourcing request.
