Yacht supply at any port, priced on the requirement
Galley provisions, deck and engine-room needs, fresh water, waste, agency — one structured request per call, answered with sealed bids from verified local suppliers. Free for the yacht.
The situation
A yacht’s itinerary goes where the season and the owner point it — and half those harbours have no chandler the crew already knows. Provisioning falls to whoever the local agent recommends, at whatever that costs, and every enquiry broadcasts where the yacht will be and when.
Post the requirement here instead. Suppliers verified and activated at the port answer sealed — priced per unit, comparable line by line — and the yacht’s name and schedule stay hidden until you choose who to work with. The harbour being off the usual circuit is exactly when this works hardest: whoever serves it is on the platform to be found.
How it works for you
01
Register free
Captains, managers and owners’ offices use the platform at no cost — registration, unlimited requests, unlimited comparisons.
02
Post the requirement at the port or anchorage
Provisions, spares, water, waste, agency — structured line items with units, your dates and your payment terms, posted once instead of five phone calls.
03
Compare sealed bids and award
Bids arrive anonymized and genuinely comparable. Award on the numbers; identities open on award, and the trail is recorded for the owner’s accounts.
04
Take delivery with signed proof
Order and delivery note both sides sign digitally — clean paperwork for the management company, no disputed extras at settlement.
What you pay — and don’t
Free for the yacht
—Registration, requests and quote comparisons cost nothing, and no commission is charged on anything supplied to the yacht.
—Suppliers carry the platform’s terms — published live on the pricing page — so the bid you see is the price you pay.
Questions buyers ask
- Can a yacht get provisioning at a port outside the usual charter circuit?
- That is the strongest case for posting here: requirements route to whichever verified suppliers serve that specific port or anchorage, so an unfamiliar harbour stops meaning “whoever the agent knows” — you compare sealed bids from the locals who actually work it.
- Does the yacht’s itinerary stay private?
- Suppliers see the requirement and the port — never the yacht’s name or schedule until you award. Bids are sealed, so nothing about the enquiry is shopped around the harbour.
