By registering on the Geomarine Freight Forwarding platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. Platform Nature: Geomarine is a neutral marketplace connecting shippers with freight forwarders. The platform facilitates communication and contracting but is not a party to the transport contract and is not liable for forwarder performance or cargo safety.
2. Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all shipment and cargo data (weights, dimensions, HS codes, dangerous-goods declarations) is true and accurate.
3. Commission & Payments: Platform commission is charged to the forwarder on booking; the platform holds no escrow funds.
4. Compliance: You comply with all applicable export/import laws, international sanctions and dual-use goods controls.
5. Platform Rights: The platform may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
6. No Guarantee of Business: The platform is a neutral technical marketplace and does not guarantee or promise any volume of shipments or clients to any party; success depends entirely on service quality, competitive pricing, and reputation.
7. Forwarder Subscription: For subscribing forwarders, subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable and non-divisible, with a 3-month minimum term that renews automatically unless cancelled. Upon non-renewal or overdue platform commission, the account is frozen and blocked from submitting new bids until settled.
