Anti-Spam & Email Communications Policy

Geomarine Intelligence Solutions FZCO ("Geomarine") operates the Geomarine Hub maritime procurement platform (geomarinehub.com) and related outreach domains. Geomarine prohibits the advertising or promotion of any of its websites, domains or services by means of unsolicited bulk email ("spam"). This applies to Geomarine itself, its employees, and any affiliate, partner, contractor or third party acting on Geomarine's behalf.

1. What We Send — and What We Never Send

• ● We send transactional email (account, order, quotation and security messages) to registered users of the platform.
• ● We may send individual, business-to-business introduction messages to publicly listed corporate contacts in the maritime industry (ship owners, operators, managers, charterers and suppliers) where we have a legitimate business interest, in accordance with applicable law.
• ● Every marketing or introduction message identifies Geomarine as the sender, includes our physical postal address, and contains a working one-click unsubscribe link.
• ● We never send to personal/consumer addresses, never use misleading subject lines or forged headers, never harvest addresses in violation of website terms, and never continue mailing anyone who has opted out or whose address has bounced.

2. Opt-Out & Suppression

• ● Every non-transactional message includes an unsubscribe link (RFC 8058 one-click). Opt-outs take effect immediately and are permanent.
• ● Addresses that hard-bounce, complain, or opt out are added to a suppression list and are never contacted again.
• ● You can also opt out or exercise data rights at any time by emailing [email protected] or via our privacy page.

3. Third Parties & Affiliates

No affiliate, reseller, partner or other third party is authorised to advertise Geomarine, its websites or its services using unsolicited bulk email. Any party found doing so will have its relationship with Geomarine terminated. If you received a message promoting Geomarine that you believe violates this policy, please report it — including full message headers — to [email protected] and we will investigate and act.

4. Legal Compliance

Our email practices are designed to comply with the US CAN-SPAM Act, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and — where applicable — the EU/UK GDPR legitimate-interest framework for business-to-business communications.
