By registering on Geomarine - Intelligence Solutions as a service supplier, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. No Guarantee of Orders: Geomarine - Intelligence Solutions is a digital marketplace connecting ship owners with suppliers. The platform does not guarantee or promise any volume of orders or clients to the supplier. The supplier's success in obtaining orders depends entirely on the quality of their services, competitive pricing, and reputation among clients in their geographic area of operation.
2. Non-Refundable Subscription Fees: Subscription fees paid are platform access fees and do not constitute a guarantee of revenue generation. The supplier is not entitled to a refund of subscription fees due to failure to receive orders.
3. Platform Commission & Non-Circumvention: The supplier agrees to pay the commission rate specified in their subscription plan on each completed order, and not to transact off-platform with any client introduced through it; in breach, the full lost commission plus a 50% penalty becomes due.
4. Payment & Default: Commission invoices are due within 30 days (NET 30). Overdue amounts accrue 2% monthly interest; the platform may freeze the account and block new orders 45 days after the due date, and terminate the agreement after 60 days while pursuing all amounts due.
5. Accuracy of Information: The supplier warrants that all information provided is true and accurate, and that they are legally licensed to provide the specified maritime services at the selected ports.
6. Compliance with Standards: The supplier commits to comply with all applicable international maritime standards and regulations including SOLAS, MARPOL, and IMO conventions as relevant to their service type.
7. Platform Rights: The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any supplier account that violates these terms or provides substandard services based on client reviews and ratings.
