Shipping & Delivery Policy

How digital services and brokered goods are delivered through the Geomarine platform.

Geomarine Intelligence Solutions FZCO provides (a) digital platform services — supplier subscriptions, platform/commission services and advertising — and (b) brokered procurement of marine supplies and services delivered to vessels and ports. This policy explains how each is delivered.

1. Digital Services (No Physical Shipping)

  • Subscriptions, platform/commission services and advertising packages are digital. There is nothing to ship physically.
  • Access is activated immediately (or within a few minutes) once payment is confirmed — there is no delivery delay.
  • Confirmation and invoices/receipts are sent to your registered email.

2. Brokered Goods (Marine Supplies)

Delivery point

Physical goods are delivered to the delivery location agreed in the order — typically the vessel at a specified port/anchorage, or an onshore address where requested. The exact location is set when the order is placed.

Delivery timeline

Lead time depends on the items, port and vessel schedule, and is confirmed in the accepted quotation for each order. Maritime deliveries are time- and tide-sensitive; estimated dates are coordinated with the supplier and the vessel's ETA.

Fulfilment

Goods are sourced and delivered by vetted suppliers/agents. Geomarine coordinates the order end-to-end and the all-inclusive price covers sourcing and delivery to the agreed point.

Proof of delivery

A delivery note is recorded against the order; you can review and confirm received quantities on your order page.

3. Delivery Costs, Customs & Delays

  • Delivery, freight and handling are included in the all-inclusive order price as quoted, unless stated otherwise on the order.
  • Customs clearance and port formalities at the delivery port are handled as part of the order where applicable.
  • Delivery dates are estimates. Geomarine is not liable for delays caused by weather, port closures, customs, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control — see our Terms of Service.
  • Issues with a delivery (short, wrong or damaged goods) are handled under our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
