We have a built-in dispute resolution process. You can raise a claim within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence, and our support team will mediate between you and the supplier to reach a fair resolution, including refunds or replacements when warranted.

Our commission structure is transparent and competitive. Commission ranges from 2-8% depending on your subscription plan — the Free plan pays the highest rate, while paid plans enjoy reduced commission and additional benefits like more port coverage.
Geomarine 并非支付处理机构，不持有、托管或放款。货物和服务的款项由船东与供应商直接结算（例如通过银行转账或 SWIFT），币种和时间由双方约定。Geomarine 仅就已完成的交易收取其单独的平台佣金。

订阅与计费

We offer three tiers: Free (basic access, higher commission rate), Premium (reduced commission, more port coverage, priority support), and Enterprise (lowest commission and the widest coverage). See the Pricing page for current rates per vertical.

Online card payments are coming soon. During the pre-launch phase, subscription and commission invoices are settled by bank transfer. Payment for goods and services is always settled directly between buyer and supplier, outside the platform.
Better — the Free plan never expires. You can use the platform free of charge for as long as you like and upgrade to a paid plan only when the extra coverage and lower commission make sense for your volume.

Suppliers are notified the moment you post, and quotes arrive as they respond. Response time varies by category and port. Marking an RFQ as "Urgent" highlights it to suppliers for faster attention.

Mark your RFQ as "Urgent" to trigger priority notifications to all relevant suppliers. Urgent orders are highlighted with a special badge for faster attention. For critical emergencies, contact our support team via WhatsApp or email for dedicated assistance.
